Define Your Products and Services

ELECTRA is extremely flexible, so you can tailor it to reflect the specific services, procedures, and products that you provide your clients. Using a tree structure diagram, you first define all of your primary service areas, such as massage or aesthetics, and then define the specific procedures and products that you provide in each of these service areas. You can then define whether a procedure is priced at a fixed rate or by time increment, and what you charge for each time increment. You can also define the wholesale and retail price for all products you offer your clients, whether each product is taxable, and the current tax rate. Once these services, procedures and products are defined, they appear in pop-up lists in the appointment book, the client visit screen, and when you run reports to speed data entry.
